Instructions for Selecting Your Program

Read through the program information provided and select a program. Applicable

Indiana Science Standards are listed at the end of each program description for your convenience. Program grade levels are only provided as a guideline for choosing your program. Our naturalists can adapt program content to meet the educational needs of your particular group.

Complete the “Group Registration Form” and mail with the required $20 deposit to the address at the bottom of the registration form as early as possible. NOTE: Our program schedule fills quickly, so we suggest you plan as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. You may call to ask if a time and date are available, but we will not finalize your program request until we receive your Group Registration Form and deposit.

Once we receive your registration form and deposit we will make every attempt to schedule your first request. If this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss alternate dates/times.

If we can accommodate your request as submitted, you will receive confirmation via e-mail, mail or fax.

Unless otherwise noted, class size is limited to 45 students. Larger classes can be split into smaller groups and scheduled as concurrent sessions. Please call 479-0771, ext. 2# to discuss these options with our Program Manager.

Deposits are non-refundable, but with Program Manager’s approval, may be transferred to another date if unavoidable conflicts occur.

Programs will be held rain or shine. Alternative indoor activities will be used in place of a hike if inclimate weather restricts outdoor hiking.
